How We Handle Information

Privacy Note

This is largely an informational website. There are no user accounts or member logins, and no online payment processing — conference registration and dues are handled offline through the association office. The online membership application is the one form on this site that collects information directly: agency name, director name, email, phone, website, physical and mailing address, unit counts, and dues amount. That information is emailed to the association office to process your application — it is not stored on this website, sold, or used for any other purpose.

What this site collects

Browsing the site does not create an account or log you in anywhere. The only data collected is what you voluntarily submit through the membership application form described above, which is sent by email to the association office. Documents in the library above are public association records and may be downloaded freely.
